Rush Fees
Currently, we can only work with a few clients at a time, so we operate on a first-come–first-served basis. However, if you’re really in a hurry, we do offer “rush” service that will put your project before non-rush projects but behind other rush orders already in the queue. If there are no other rush projects, your project will be at the top of the queue.
Rush projects will be charged an additional 25%.
Even if you opt for rush service, we cannot guarantee that your project will be completed in a specific number of business days. We can usually have a recording to our clients within a business week or less, but if you’re facing a deadline, we strongly recommend submitting your project as early as possible.
